Premium Refund Policy for Registered Orders of Novoglan Products 

Novoglan offers a premium No-Risk-No-Questions-Asked-365-Days-Refund exclusively for customers that register their non-discounted purchase of Novoglan products within 7 days of receipt of goods. To register, simply email us at novoglan.customer-service@novoglan.co and state "I have received my Novoglan order [order number is ______ ] for which I paid full price. The delivered product is in good condition and as described. I request a premium "No-Risk-No-Questions-Asked-365-Days-Refund registration number".

If, however for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your registered Novoglan purchase, please contact our help desk via email at novoglan.customer-service@novoglan.co, we will provide you the return authorisation and simple instructions to follow.

Standard Refund Policy for Unregistered Orders of Novoglan Products 

For customers that did not register their purchase within the 7 days period following receipt of goods, our standard thirty-day satisfaction guarantee applies. 

If the delivery address entered at time of purchase is correct and the order is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe as set forth in the Novoglan shipping policy, we will re-ship your order absolutely free of charge. 

We offer a generous 30 day money back 100% quality guarantee in the unlikely event that Novoglan products are delivered damaged or have missing parts. Please contact our help desk via email at novoglan.customer-service@novoglan.co providing your order number and details of the quality concern. 

Due to stringent international and local health regulations, Novoglan products, including all un-opened items cannot be resold under any circumstances and must be disposed of. We therefore do not offer any return or refund simply for a change of mind. Please ensure that you order the correct product(s) and comply with the Novoglan terms and conditions of sale. 

Where your Novoglan order is shipped free-of-charge, and the goods are returned for a refund under either Premium or Standard Refund Policy, a handling and administration fee equal to AUD$30 will apply.
