3. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Prices are listed in USD as the default currency, and do not include delivery costs, taxes, or import duties, which are your responsibility. Refer to the Shipping Policy for more details. Payment is required at the time of order via the methods specified. We use third-party payment processors, and their terms and conditions apply.
4. Delivery
Delivery costs are additional unless stated otherwise. We use multiple courier and postal services for shipping, and specific delivery times are beyond our control. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in non-delivery and no refund. Delivery is deemed complete 14 days after the parcel is lodged with the nominated shipping service provider. Refer to the Shipping Policy for more details.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Products containing latex or neem are non-refundable unless defective. There is no refund for change of mind once the product is shipped due to health regulations requiring product destruction. Premium 365-day money back guarantee applies to registered and delivered Novoglan orders for non-discounted Novoglan products.
Standard 30-day money-back guarantee applies to non-registered and delivered Novoglan products. Refunds are subject to an administration fee of $30 AUD plus any third-party processing fees. Refunds for cancellations before shipping are also subject to a fee of $30 AUD plus any third-party processing fees. Shipping costs, handling, or administrative fees will not be included in any Refund amount. Refer to the Refund Policy for more details.
6. Product Use and Liability
You must consult a healthcare professional before using the Novoglan Non-Surgical Medical Device for treating phimosis. By purchasing the Novoglan Non-Surgical Medical Device Treatment Kit, you agree to seek medical advice prior to commencement of treatment. We are not liable for any misuse of the device nor its components; nor for any failure to seek medical advice prior to use. You must immediately cease using any Novoglan product if you experience any adverse reactions and consult a medical practitioner. You indemnify us against any claims arising from improper use of our products. You agree not to share or resell products without prior written authorisation from Platigo Solutions Pty Ltd.
7. Special Conditions for Certain Regions
For orders to India, South America, and Africa, we may cancel or upgrade shipping at our discretion. Any additional costs may be deducted from refunds.
